What 4210 includes

• It includes the processing and treatment activities of the following metal wastes and debris：
• Scrap steel for smelting: heavy-duty scrap steel, medium-sized scrap steel, small scrap steel, integrated scrap steel, light material scrap steel, slag steel
• Scrap iron for smelting: high-quality scrap iron, alloy scrap iron, reduced iron (hot-pressed iron)
• Metal and metal compound ore ash and residues: iron ore ash and residues, zinc ore ash and residues, lead-containing silt, lead-containing metal compound silt, mainly copper ore ash and residues, mainly aluminum ore ash and residues, arsenic, mercury, thallium and mixtures thereof, antimony, Beryllium, cadmium, chromium and mixtures thereof, mainly containing tungsten ore ash and residues, ore ash and residues of other metals and metal compounds
• Non-ferrous metal waste and debris: copper waste and debris, aluminum waste and debris, nickel waste and debris, lead waste and debris, zinc waste and debris, tin waste and debris, other non-ferrous metal waste and debris
• Precious metal or precious metal scrap: gold and gold-plated scrap, gold-containing or gold-plated compound scrap, platinum and platinum-plated scrap, platinum-containing or platinum-plated compound scrap, silver-containing and silver-containing compound scrap, other precious metals or precious metal-containing scrap
• Waste batteries: waste primary batteries, waste batteries, primary battery waste debris, battery waste debris
