What 7459 includes

• This class comprises establishments primarily engaged in accepting commissions for surveying the length, mass, etc., of commodities other than cargoes, or concentrations and other physical phenomena of states other than environmental states, and certifying the results thereof (irrespective of the certification format).

What 7459 excludes

• However, establishments that survey and certify mass and other aspects of cargoes are classified under Industry 7451, while those that survey and certify concentrations and other aspects of the environment are classified under Industry 7452.
